    Hi,

I accidentally changed the location of my WordPress Address (URL), and now I cannot log into my admin panel.

    Here’s what happened:
I have a website with a blog that I have been writing for several months. I used WordPress to create the blog and installed WordPress into the /blog directory.

I set the WordPress Address (url) and Blog Address (url) to be the same (/blog). Then I changed the WordPress Address (url) and removed the /blog.

I decided to use WordPress as a CMS for the whole and also installed WordPress at the root website address as well. I thought that would allow me to use WordPress to create a static front page, but keep the blog.

Now I cannot log into my admin panel for my blog. At the login screen, it says my password is invalid and then says there is no user registered with the email address that I originally gave. The blog is not lost, but I cannot modify it now.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Doug Park
