Trouble mapping already established website

  • Hi everyone,

    I have a domain name that I decided to map onto wordpress with the premium plan. For some reason, the domain name is still not showing up correctly and says that has been suspended, since I was originally hosting it through hostgator.

    Is there a step that I am missing to finalize mapping this domain to wordpress?

    I’m not sure, I purchased the domain from hostgator. I then cancelled the plan with them but they said that i could still keep my domain for a year. So I went ahead and tried to map it on wordpress and then purchased the premium plan.

    My website name appears under my domains, but it is still not showing up right even though I activated it.

    I think you are in the wrong place. These forums are for self-hosted WordPress sites only. Please try asking your question on https://en.forums.wordpress.com/
