    Good day @ofsufia

To be fair, this is very likely more a question for the Ninja Forms support about what’s going on and why things may not be mapping properly. We don’t have any hand in this process here other than making sure that the taxonomy is registered and ready to be used.

Everything else is coming from Ninja Forms and how they’re processing a given submission.

Hopefully they can help you out more readily than I can, but if they have any feedback for us, I’m more than willing to listen.

I understand. I have reached out to the Ninja Form support.

I need a bit of help with the CPT UI plugin. I created 2 custom taxonomies namely ‘Type of Job’ and ‘Categories (new).’ These are associated with my custom post type called ‘Content Writing Work.’ When I create a new post I see two ‘Type of Job’ options – https://i.imgur.com/DeeYUe5.png. Why is that?

And under ‘Categories (new)’ I see nothing – https://i.imgur.com/Hhrv4mn.png. I have a bunch of categories associated with this taxonomy – https://i.imgur.com/1TNUnnY.png. Why are they not appearing?

These are screenshots of settings –

If you’re using something like Yoast SEO, they add options regarding which term should be considered the “Primary term” for optimization reasons. That’s not something we’ve added or would be added by WordPress core.

Regarding the disconnect of sorts with “Categories (new)”, I’m not sure to be honest why those aren’t showing up, offhand, without being able to dig in and poke around. I don’t believe it’s necessarily something going on with our plugin, because we wouldn’t be affecting that much, but it’s possible code elsewhere may be, or something isn’t matching up right with WP core’s code to query for existing ones.
