I’ve imported the GLB and USDZ models. When I view the models on my computer, they are perfect. However, on my website, this is not the case. In fact, I can’t move the model 360 degrees like on my computer, and in AR mode on my cell phone, the model is lying on the ground and I can’t get it to stand up straight. What’s more, it’s in 1% aperture, so you can’t see it unless you enlarge it to 1,000%. Can you please help me?

Can you please check a couple of things in your 3D software before exporting your models which should hopefully resolve these issues.

    1. Your model must be centred to its origin in your 3D software before exporting to ensure it sits in the correct position when viewed using the plugins. Please check it is centred and sitting standing up before exporting. Details and instructions on how to do this can be found here.?https://resources.turbosquid.com/training/training-scene-organization/centering-at-the-origin/

    2. Set the scale of your model to be in metres. This will ensure your model is displayed at the correct scale in AR view.

If you still have troubles please provide a link to a page with your model displayed so we can see the issue occuring.
