Trouble plugin weight based shipping

    Hi Dan,

    We have the same problem persist, weight based shipping has been disabled for invalid header fifteen days ago, we have disabled all plugins except WOOC and weight based but no longer detects shipping methods, we contacted WordPress but for them works the site, we contacted SiteGround and after updating the version of PHP and always finding the problem we refer to the developer of the plugin , we cannot take orders for shipments based on weight. Where can I give you the login credentials so you can see? I also attach screenshots of what I see if you tell me where I have to send. Thank you
