Trouble receiving woocommerce emails

Hi, I have Postman SMTP installed for my client. She was not receiving Email from her server. I’ve tested it and can see that email is being sent and received from her server. However, the problem is still there. A customer buys a product from my client’s website and Woocommerce is not sending my client an email telling her that she’s received an order. I’ve looked through all the settings for both Woocommerce and Postman SMTP but everything seems to be set up properly.

I ran a Connectivity Test in Postman SMTP but received some odd results.

Why does the SMTP transport say service Closed? Is this something I need to be concerned with? If so, how do I fix it?
