trouble retrieving emails

Hi,

I’m using the latest version of postie (v1.5.17) with wordpress 3.7.1 multisite setup.

I can successfully login to my mail server using IMAP-SSL, but even though there are unread emails present in my mailbox, postie never pulls them out.

Can anybody please let me know what might be going wrong here?
