Trouble saving

If i want to add more than four or five thousand questions in a quiz, it does not load, there is a problem to add questions, even if so many questions are added, Enable Question Bank,So that each category has specific questions to select, I would like to slowly add 15 to 20000 questions to a quiz, so that users can use Enable Question Bank to sort by category.Candidates will get exactly certain number of questions
