Trouble selecting my theme

Hi all,

I know that I’m supposed to be going to the ‘presentation’ tab of the WP site to select which theme I wish to apply to my site, but the link isn’t working for it.

Am I doing something ridiculously stupid, or can anyone else back me up with my problem? The whole ‘design’ section of the admin page doesn’t do anything when you click on the links.

Advice appreciated, as too would be confirmation that it’s not just me!
