Trouble Shooting Development Site

Hello,

I am trying to create a copy of my site to use as a development environment.

I successfully created a copy of the site, and new database– however, once I disabled the w3 total cache plugin (in order to de-link it from my CDN) the site started experiencing some errors.

does anyone have any pointers as to what could be causing the problem?
