Hi,

since a couple of weeks I having an issue regarding the stock synchronization products with our ERP weclapp. I have contacted our ERP customer service and they say the problem is related to WooCommerce. The type of error I get is this one:

    “{\”message\”:\”
Es gab einen kritischen Fehler auf deiner Website.

Erfahre mehr über die Problembehandlung in WordPress.
\”,\”data\”:{\”status\”:500},\”additional_errors\”:[]}”

Checking in WooCommerce > Status > Logs I have noticed the following fatal errors:

2022-11-03T08:06:25+00:00 CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1052672 bytes) in /html/wordpress/wp-includes/SimplePie/Parser.php in Zeile 175

2022-11-03T08:07:14+00:00 CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 258048 bytes) in /html/wordpress/wp-includes/rest-api/class-wp-rest-server.php in Zeile 517

2022-11-03T08:53:59+00:00 CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /html/wordpress/wp-includes/capabilities.php in Zeile 1042

I am getting now a little bit confused.
I do not understand if the issues we are facing are related to each other.

    Any help is welcomed!

    Thanks

    Hi there @tomenr ??

Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1052672 bytes)

Thanks for reaching out, happy to help! From what I gather, this points towards upping the memory allocation for WordPress. Kindly check with your host first and ask them to change the WP Memory Limit to 512 MB or more.

If that won’t prove to be sufficient for resolving the issue, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?

Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve copied each, you can either paste them in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
