Trouble Updating WP, Plugins, Templetes Curl Error 28

  • Trying today to update my three WordPress Sites but nothing will updating on all sites. Three sites with same issue “timing out with Curl error 28”. From my server partition I can ping 66.155.40.186 and my provider says that port 443 is not blocked. See Error e-mail.
