trouble uploading one particular photo

Hello
I am using a word press theme from Themetrust. I have downloaded many photos without any trouble but I have one photo that doesn’t seem to download. Themetrust say it is not a problem with the theme and to check with you guys.

If I try to upload it it just comes up with a white page – no message on that page: https://bulbula.co.uk/wp-admin/media-new.php (bulbula.co.uk is the website I am working on)

I tried it again and this time it appeared to upload but a thumbnail image didn’t come up in the library and if I try to edit the image it says ‘image data does not exist please re load the image’

I’d appreciate your help with this.
