Trouble uploading photo and menus in WP 3.2

  • I am having an issue with uploading photos to my post in the new WP 3.2. Everything works like before but after uploading the image i notice there is no “insert into post” button it only says “save changes”. Also when I hit the “X” to close the window it doesn’t respond.

    Also since upgrading to WP 3.2 I noticed that my menu on the left side doesn’t work like it did before. The arrows next to the buttons like “plugins” “buddypress” etc would have a drop down menu with more options, and you’ll be able to hit the arrow again the collapse the menu. Now the arrows aren’t work and I have to click on the actual name of the menu it’ll refresh the page and the menu will appear but there is no way to collapse the menu now.

    Am I the only one having issues with WP 3.2? Is there a way to rollback WP to my previous version without losing any of my data?

    After upgrading to 3.2.1 this is the last issue I have: I can′t upload images, from computer nor URL uploading.

    This is the message:

    (“X” only for protection)

    That happend in new and old posts. I reset plugins, and I only have at this moment: askimet,bad behavior, bit defender, exploit scanner, jetpack. Everything is updated. I am using last revision of Thesis, and wordpress multisites.

    I think wordpress 3.2 “broke” something in/with functions.php. ??

    I′ve deleted white spaces in the functions.php, but problem was there.

    Then, I′ve activated the TinyMCE, and uploaded the imagen using TinyMCE (from URL), and now it works: image is shown in the post…

    Turn off ALL your plugins. Every last one of ’em. Even Bad Behavior, Jetpack and Akismet (though like you I’m certain that’s not the problem).

    Ipstenu, the uploading problem is almost resolved, but now dissapear the plugin tab…

    I′ve reseting the plugin folder (rename the plugin folder…) but is still missing.

    What do you mean the problem is ‘almost’ resolved?

    And what plugins ‘tab’ is missing?

    Almost because I’ve uploaded the pictures using URL in TinyMCE.

    Plugin tab in the dashboard left menu is missing. I can’t use plugin nor themes WordPress options.

    That’s not uploading.

    If you’re certain ALL plugins are off, rename the folder from plugins to plugins-old, then see if you can get in and change the theme to TwentyEleven

    I can′t turn off some plugins since I can′t see the plugins tab.

    The problem was the user meta table was deleted because the upgrading process.

    Multisites and Buddypress makes very fragil to the WordPress platform.
