Trouble Uploading Theme

  • I purchased a theme, downloaded the .zip file from the provider and am trying to upload it through the theme area of the dashboard. This is the response I get when it fails:

    [Fiddler] ReadResponse() failed: The server did not return a response for this request.

    Any help anyone could provide would be great, thanks!

  • Usually premium theme have the them zip inside a larger zip file that has other files like psd’s ect so you need to extract this first.

    Thanks for the reply, but that didn’t work either. Seems like no matter what I try, I get one error message or another.

    Maybe try disabling fiddler – since the error is referencing fiddler. Not sure why fiddler would be interfering with WordPress but try it anyway
