Trouble using Audio Acrobat in WordPress

If anyone has experience inserting an audio Acrobat file into a WordPress Blog, it would be much appreciated if you can share that information with me. I’m at the point of frustration with trying to do this. Let me explain what’s occurring. When I create my audio Acrobat file and inserted it into my blog, all of the previous posts on the blog somehow disappear and the new post that was created with the audio Acrobat file is cut in half. The first time that it occurred was pretty scary, because I thought I lost all of the information or previous post. What I was able to do is go back and delete the post that included the Audio Acrobat file and my previous post came back up. Anyways, it would be much appreciated if someone can fill me in on how do effectively insert a file created with Audio Acrobat into my post.
