Trouble viewing my photos on website

    When I go to my website on a computer my site works great. If I use any other devices i.e. phone or Ipad then I get an error. The error is as follows” A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded”. The error happens when I have Envira Gallery plugin activated. Why am I getting this and how can I correct the issue. Thanks in advance for helping.

    Ivan Atanasov here, part of the Senior Support team at SiteGround. I reviewed the situation on our end and confirmed the issue that @akyusa01 noticed.

    The images are loading nicely now once I deactivated the Photon cache in Jetpack.

    Of course, I posted a follow up reply in your ticket as well.

    Can you give me a link to my ticket? The galleries loaded for a day or two and now are not, at least on Chrome. I am so frustrated.

    They’re not even loading when I do a ‘view or preview’ of a post on my website.
