Trouble with Custom Header Image on Thesis

    I am running thesis for my site https://www.ApesonTape,com.

    I have had a custom image header in the past, which worked perfectly, but now it is not working and I don’t know why, nor how to fix it.
    I don’t recall changing anything that would remotely affect the header, but maybe someone could take a peak and let me know if the coding was incorrect or something.
    Or if there are other ways to check why its not working.
