Trouble With Dynamic Sidebar

    I am having a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to make a sidebar like the one that they have. The problem is is that on every new page there is a new menu, and new content on the side of the page.

    I would either use something like widget logic, or just add the content manually to each new page, but I need to eventually hand it over to my client with a system that they could easily start to use.

    Does anyone know of a way (code or plugin or something?) that I can have dynamic content on my sidebar that can be easily used by my client? I am looking for a way to change the content of the sidebar using something close to a visual editor.
