Trouble With Go Daddy

I hate to be blunt, but right now I have tried every suggestion from GD and to no avail.. Someone please help with this issue.. I’ve seen others with this same problem but no solution. Here is my problem:

Sorry to be so blunt.. The traffic that is coming to my site seem to be bots or spam users.. I need to know how I can know for sure and what can be done to block them. If it turns out they are unique then obviously that’s a good thing. Please help, we’ve been working too hard for years on this site to just lose it on account of shared hosting!!
