Trouble with Netscape

I’ve been working on setting up me layout and seems to be coming along just fine in IE5 but netscape doesn’t show up at all and I’m getting a message about a js file. Probably coming from the hoover function I’m using in Frontpage.
I first am doing some working in frontpage and then bringing the code over to my index.php file. Will I have to use different code for the hoover feature? Also I have alot of validation problems.
Any suggestions? I think all my users are going to be on Windows and it will be a closed site when it’s up and running but I’m the kind of guy who just likes to have it right on the two major browsers.
