Trouble with Plugin

Hi,
I have some trouble with the plugin! I have already tryed the solutions from “Clear installation instructions” and “NOT IMPORT TEMPLATE”.
I use the Theme “Tortuga” with WordPress 5.2.1. It didn’t created the page and imported the template.
I created the page “XYZ” with [kbe_knowledgebase] inside – First i changed the slug to xyz, after that i changed it back to knowledgebase. I have moved a copy of the folder “template” from plugins/wp-know?edgebase/template to /wp-content/themes/tortuga/ and changed the name to wp_knowledgebase (Yes, I checked the spelling few times).
After that i restarted apache2 and checked the permissions (0755, www-data owner). But it didnt work?! The posts/page form the knowledgebase dont have any white backgrounds and it seemse that [kbe_knowledgebase] dont work, because i dont see a knowledgbase landingpage and i dont know why my footer moved inside the knowledgebase.

Update: I created a second page with the name “Knowledgebase” and [kbe_knowledgebase] and two categorys. You can find it inside the Navbar.
