    Hi, Great plugin! Thank you… But it appears we have developed two issues with the plugin: (1) issue with replying a review, (2) copies of the notification being sent to a colleague that should not be receiving the notifications (and unable to determine where to delete his information).

    The url of the page referenced shows that I (patriciab) successfully responded to a review. However, when I posted the review in the backend of the site, it does not process it properly. Here is a screenshot of what I get: https://snipboard.io/RYLD6V.jpg. My client brought this to my attention.

    The second issue is that my colleague receives notifications of new reviews (comments), and we cannot figure out how to remove him from the notifications. This is a screenshot of the body of the email he forwarded to me: https://snipboard.io/Y5viwq.jpg. We also have WP Mail Login installed on the site, and I can see the email in that log as well.

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    1. To be honest, I didn’t understand what is the first issue. I checked the screenshot but there are no errors there. Can you please clarify what is the problem?

    2. The email on your screenshot is sent by the standard WordPress and not by our plugin. Please check “Settings -> General” in WordPress menu for the email address setting. If you have some plugins to customize the standard WordPress email function, you might need to review their settings as well.

    Hi Ivole, Thanks for your response.

    1. Okay. We recently enabled the feature where we are using Verified as a review status, so I guess the screenshot is normal (red bar) until the review is verified and posted on the third-party site. Good to know; thank you!

    2. On the second item, we will continue to troubleshoot it. It does appear to be tied to the notification about comment/review moderation. We have checked all the settings in the entire site and don’t see where to update/remove the setting. We may come back to you on this one, but we will check it out first.
