Trouble with Smart Slider and Elementor plugin

    Hi,
    my website has been experincing, as of lately, some troubles apparently related to an interaction between Smart Slider 3 and Elementor site builder plugin.
    The page shows a warning

    Deprecated: _register_controls ha quedado obsoleto desde la versión 3.1.0. Utiliza Elementor\Controls_Stack::register_controls() en su lugar. in /home/permacul/public_html/pc-designer/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5323

    only when Smart Slider is activated.
    I checked with the Elementor support initially, and after verifying that the warning only shows up when Smart Slider is activated, they suggest that you look into it and that they will happily collaborate with you.
