Trouble with Twenty Ten Theme

    Hi all. I just installed the Twenty-Ten theme and made and added a custom header to it. However, as you can see, above the header there is another header above my header that seems to be sticky. Is there any way I can get rid of that, as I don’t want the name of my blog showing twice.

    Secondly, is there a way to change the contact me, links, about, featured etc, bar below my header from white on black to black on white?
