• Hi Guys,

I would like to sticky a specific post on my wootique themed website.

However when I try do this by going in to the blog post and checking the ‘Stick this post to the front page’ box after first clicking on ‘visibility ‘, this post shows up as a featured post AS WELL as the last post I wrote (which is something completely different).

Therefore I end up having two featured posts on my homepage as opposed to the one I am hoping for.

Can anyone help me achieve what I am after?

  • I think what’s happening is the expected result. The sticky post appears before the remainder of the posts, stuck as post one which may be styled differently. The second post is the last post you wrote and would naturally appear next. Do you have blog posts set to show one post only?

It’s difficult to fully understand with your site URL.

Thanks for your reply. The point is moot now as I have decided to change the website to a more repsonsive theme but thank you for trying to help with my enquiry.
