trouble with words and sentences since v3.8

    Hi,
    I’m a french user of WordPress and BackupForWordpress.
    How can I rollback to v3.7? Today I updated to v3.8 and all settings pages became unreadable with strange words and sentences like:
    <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
    Backup my aire ode>, /wp-content/backupwordpress-9c2d064833-backups.
    and menu under this sentence:
    n.md veur clus .php (yes it’s true!!!)

    No, my site is only french. I use WordPress v4.3.17 whit Graphene theme v1.9.4.2. I did a restore of BackupWordpress (thanks backup wordpress ?? ) and all is working fine with v3.7.2.

    If you are still seeing the broken sentences, please could you check the WP Admin updates page for any translation updates for the plugin?

    Hi,

    Today without any changes, the problem disappear.

    Having this problem also. Using french website with Polylang.

    Debugging now..

    Resolved now. Happens with new version 3.8. The French translation file is not synced with the latest plugin version.

    So via locotranslate, do a sync, save the file.

    Now I have the email notification in French ??
