Trouble with WP Clone – My Backup won’t work

  • Notice: wpdb::escape is deprecated since version 3.6.0! Use wpdb::prepare() or esc_sql() instead. in /home/sites/getatgit.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4648

    I keep getting this message when I press the “create backup” Button, and it is repeated over and over again, page after page after page.
    Please help and tell me how to fix this so I can back up my website.

    Can you please provide me which version of WordPress you are using currently?

    Also I hope this warning shouldn’t stop your backup/restore functionality.

    It’s just a notice that you can ignore. You can turn off the notices by disabling debugging mode in your WordPress. So it won’t display any warning in the screen unless it’s fatal.
