troubles with customizing

    For a few week, when i try to customize (change background for example) i just can’t because the page never loads : load/deload/reload/deload… so quickly that i can’t do any changes.
    Wasn’t so a problem because i’m not so press to do that

    But since today, no more subtitle on my site. that is really annoying to me.
    I don’t know if the 2 things are bound.

    I didn’t change anything anywhere.
    I tried to disabbled all extensions, didn’t change anything.

    Maybe it comes from incompatibility between theme and new version of worpdress ??

    Can someone help? thank you

    Thank you for answering, and help.

    my version of WordPress : 4.2.2
    eather using IE or Chrome.

    Following your advice, i tried to change the theme. At least, it resolved the problem of disapperaed-subtitle which came back with switching back to chocolat theme. (thank you for that). I hope it will stay.

    But the problem with not loading customizing page occured as well with the other theme i tried (adelle)

    For now, it’s not a real problem because i don’t want to make any changes right now… but this is not normal, and i worry for new (and serious) problems
