Troubles with Galaxy

Awesome plugin! Unfortunately, when loading a page or post the screen turns white (as if loading) and goes no further when viewed on a Galaxy 3 or 4. I’m using the Lensa theme from Colorlabs and I’m curious how to reslove this issue. Must I disable mobile view compatibility for the Galaxy phones? If so, how do I do that?
