• Hi, has anyone else troubles to contact theme4press?

    I have an old account and wanted to reset the passord. Got no answer into my mailbox.

    So I create a new account buy the new version of evolve.
    Got no answer to confirm my account “after payment”.

    So I used the contact-form – First time it seems, the form is not functionable. Second time – There comes no answer.

    Really bad.

    I just tested that with my account – everything’s fine. Also in the support area of evolve plus there are answers of the developers to questions in the last days.

    And why I didn′t get answer in two different mail accounts? And also no confirm mail for a new account?

    I can’t tell you that, because i only checked it with my account and I’m not the provider of the theme.

    Works fine for me too – hadn’t logged in for a couple of years – logged in straight away and also downloaded the updated theme etc.

    Best you contact support imo
