Troubles with the Plugin Netcam / Webcam Live Stream

Hi, I need some help please:
I just have installed the plugin and I have created a page, but I always get the error message “You do not have permission to access the requested file on this server”.
Typing in the link to the JPEG in the browser directly I can see my pic of the camera.
Link https://webcam.mydomain.com/web.jpgAny idea about ?
