    Hi,

Suddenly I’m having troubles with some of our products in WooCommerce.

    Tryk the following:

    1) Add this product to the basket (Tilf?j til kurv): https://ny.hairandskincare.dk/somersets-maximum-glide-original-shaving-oil-15-ml/
    2) Click on the basket at the upper right
    3) Clik on any link one or twice and you get an 403 error

The problem only occurs on 6 items on the page – and only in the category “David Somerset”.

I have tried clearing the cache, delete all temp. files from the browser, delete all cookies, disable and enable every single plugin – but still got the problem.

I have tried to delete the products and afterwards recreate them – but with the same problem. I can add items in other categories without problems.

Any idea of how to troubleshoot?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

On the product page you linked to, if you right-click and select Inspect, and then select the Console tab, you can see there are several errors on that page. I would suggest solving them to see if that clears up the rest of the errors.

You can then move to the Network tab when you click on the basket, and you’ll see a list of files that return the 403 status error. 403 means the file likely exists, but you have been denied from loading them in you browser. It might be a file permissions issue, so make sure the files listed have proper read/write permissions on your site.

If the issue persist, then you might have to do a conflict test to determine where the issue is coming from. Read more here about how to successfully do a conflict test:

Thank you for your response and the help for troubleshooting. I have now located the problem to CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin and I see that other have had the same problem – so I take contact to their support instead and hope they can help.
