Could you please double che3ck my form at https://www.SourceEO.com ? It’s actually two forms; the first one posts several global variables, and that one is working. The second one is a multi-page form that WAS working. Then I edited it. And didn’t save a copy of the working form (hangs head in shame). Somewhere in the second form (I think it’s in the first page), there’s a call for a fieldname I have deleted, or an incorrect css class, or just a typo. I’ve double-checked it so many times that I just can’t see it. Like checking your own spelling…

    Hi,

I’ve visited your webpage and the second form is not a multi-pages form.

Are you sure to have included the corresponding shortcode to the form in the webpage?

Please, use in the shortcode the correct form’s id.

    Best regards.

You can see the error now that I have the other form in place.

    Hi,

I’m sorry, but what is the equation that is failing?

    Best regards.

that’s the part I can’t figure out. If you run through the various drop-downs and make selections, then hit “calculate”, some fields populate, others don’t.
    .
For comparison, here’s the “parent” form (before I separated it into two forms): https://www.sourceeo.com/test/

It was in fact working as two forms for a while though…
    .
I’ll probably have to make copies of the form and break it into parts, then remove one field at a time until I can isolate the problem. I know it’s going to end up being something stupid that I should have caught…

    Hi,

I’m sorry, but if you cannot indicate the equations that are failing, I won’t be able to help you.

    Best regards.
