Troubleshooting Could not insert into Postsread error

    Hi and a happy new year!

    Since a few days I get a lot of errors of type “Could not insert into Postsread DB” (for several articles) and “Could not save page in DB” (mainly for the same one article). Main effect for me is, that this one article is going live over and over a again (a lot of duplicates).

    Do you have any hint for me how to troubleshoot this error?

    These errors occur because the article has some embedded characters that the database won’t let in. We’ve been slowly narrowing down the problem characters, but it seems this article has a new one. Maybe you could post the article URL here or contact us from our website or at [email protected].

    Hello Marc,

    thanks for the reply.
    I’ll send the URLs via email. I used “Topic Excluded” phrases as a workaround.
