Troubleshooting mode not working

Troubleshooting mode is not working as it is supposed to.

Sometimes it is not working at all. When enabled it takes you back to the dashboard and all plugins are still activated. (similar to what is described here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/troubleshooting-mode-not-working/)

Sometimes it does disable the plugins but once you try to re-enable the first plugin all of them are re-enabled at the same time.
