    Hi there,

My site’s main purpose is for Envira galleries, and I have the Envira Lightroom Plugin, but when All-in-One WP Security is activated it blocks something in the API because I get an error when Lightroom tries to communicate with my server. How can I troubleshoot this please?

    Thanks ??

    Hi,

Do you have the following feature Disallow Unauthorized REST Requests: enabled?

This feature is located in WP Security -> Miscellaneous -> WP REST API.

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, busy few days here.

No, I don’t have that feature enabled.

Hi, can you disable all Firewall rules and then carry out a test? Let me know what happens.

    Thank you

Hey, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. As you can imagine a lot has been going on over the last few weeks.

It looks like disabling the firewall rules worked, thanks! Is there anything further that can be done to work out which firewall rule caused the problem, or is this an all or nothing thing?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Activate each firewall rule, only the ones you had activated before. However every time you activate one firewall rule, carry out a test. This will help you work out which firewall rule or rules is causing this conflict.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you
