troubleshooting Setup Reading Pages

  • Hello,
    I buyed a theme (Sonata) about the building of a website. In Setup I must configure the pages following and assign it as Front page in Settings > Reading. But the section about it not appearance.

    Moreover in the section about building pages i can’t hierarchy the pages.

    I use the italian version 3.8.1
