I am trying AutomatorWP for the first time. I have 2 triggers, one on a Formiddable submission and one on comment added.

I see nothing in the logs – it looks like the trigger isn’t firing. How do I debug this?

    Hi @ed4becky !

Could you send me a screenshot of your automation? This way I can review it.
Anyway check the following settings within your automation.https://automatorwp.com/docs/getting-started/automations/
    https://imgur.com/J1rpVjt
    Status=Active.
    Times per user=0
    Total times=0
The Times Per User field defines the number of times an individual user can complete this automation.

It means that if you set the times per user to 5 and set your automation to send an email to visit a post, this process will repeat 5 times for each user.

By default, this field is always initialized to 1, and you can set it to 0 for unlimited completion times per user.

The total times field defines the number of times all users can complete the automation.

It means that if you set the total times field to 5, only the first 5 users to complete all triggers will be able to complete this automation.

By default, this field is always initialized to 0, which means that automation completion times are not limited.

    Hope it helps!

    Hi @ed4becky !

Regarding the automation of CFP Approved, I just did a test on my WordPress and if it works for me, have you checked the logs? You can see the log from AutomatorWP->Logs.
This automation will only work for Administrator users.

Regarding your second Create a Post on Submission CFP automation, you don’t really need to assign any user since it is assigned directly to the admin to send the mail to an email.

It will only work if you send the form NOT logged in and if the admin account really exists, so you need these two things for it to work.

In any case, if you can send me screenshots with the logs to see where it is stopping, if it does not take the trigger, it is that you are sending the logged form and not as a guest.

    Hope it helps!

Our logs are empty, which I assume means the trigger is not firing.

    Hi @ed4becky !!

1- You have to upload the unlocked form since it is an anonymous automation, in this link you will find how to configure anonymous automations. https://automatorwp.com/docs/getting-started/anonymous-automations/
You can be given 2 cases, that the user is not logged in and he is logged in, for this you will need to create 2 automations, one for logged in users and another for non logged in users.

2- I need you to send me screenshots with the actions of your automation since as required fields you have only sent me the title and the type.
From this page you can attach screenshots. https://imgur.com/

3- I would also need screenshots of the logs.

    Hope it helps!
