troublesome image

Hi, I spent two hours trying to figure out why one imagine of the two product of my shop is cropped and the other not but it is still a great mistery to me. I don’t want any cropping but Peferences of Woo related to images doesn’t seem to react to my fixing. (I prefer not to share in public the link).
