TrovaPrezzi.it additional image link missing

    Hello,

    first of all thank you for this fantastic plugin.
    I use it everyday and it’s very very useful.

    I’m writing this post because I’m encountering an issue and I’d like to report it.
    If I choose “TrovaPrezzi.it” as channel (the country is Italy) and I map the additional_image_link as attribute to “Additional image 1” value, I am unable to see any additional image link in the feed. I see just the image_link as “Main image”, and this is correct. The additional images are missing at all.

    I set additional images inside the product gallery.

    Please note that I’m using the latest WordPress / WooCommerce / WooCommerce Product Feed PRO versions, and this is reproducible to every website I own.

    Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

  • I’m having the same issue, additional images are missing for variable products.

    I am also having the same issue. I am unable to map the product gallery images to the “g:additional_image_link” attribute. I have also emailed support 3 times with no reply.

    Yes, I sent several emails too. They just don’t reply.

    This is probably the worst support I have ever experienced for a Woo plugin. It is a shame because they have a pretty good product.

    Are you experiencing this issue just on simple, variable products or both?

    Could you update the plugin to the latest version, 3.5.8, and try again? We have made some changes so it should work for both simple and variable products.

    I have updated to the latest plugin version. The additional image link now shows in the feed but there seems to be a little of only 2 additional images. I am trying to feed 4 additional images and only two of the 4 are rejected in the feed.

    Please update to the latest version, 3.5.9 (released today), it should solve the issue at hand.
