    Are you using Use a subdirectory for the default language?

    Did you change the default language or only the order in which the languages are displayed?

    I’ll try replicating this issue on a clean instance. Please provide as much information as you can regarding the steps you have followed in order to encounter the given situation.

    Default language: German

    Order of the languages:
    1. English (en)
    2. German (de)
    So the English version should be visible first, when the page loads

    Yes, I use subdirectory for the default language (because I had to if I wand to use a different language as the first language when the site opens)
