    I have a main admin account and setup agents for my clients (which zopim does not allow)
    Interface is quite slick and its being continuosly developed and improved, and they listen to users input.
    Your search for a corporate grade app is over =)

    pros
    you get it all: Statistics, agents, aliases, standalone contact pages, ban lists, history, inter-agent messaging, chat shortcuts, desktop notifications.. Android and iphone apps.

    cons
    Theres only one dashboard even if you have several sites/pages/agents, so it counts all of them visits as a whole (for statistics). this has been noted in their suggestion/ideas site so it could change in the future (its still in beta ??
