Hi Have you tried to logout? If you do logout then you will need enter 2 step code again. If you are not doing that, pls check cookie (F12 in chrome/firefox -> application -> cookies ), there is cookie name start with wp2sv_ pls check for it’s expiration time if it’s set to 30 days or not.

Sorry for the late answer. Your answer went to my junk folder and I didn’t notice until today.

If I logout and I login again I have to enter the code again no matter if I marked the option to remember my computer.

It sets two cookies: wp2sv_ and wp2sv_sec_. The first one expires one year later and the last one one month later.

If I logout the last one dissapears.

This is normal behavior, logout will clear cookie, and you will need to enter code again.

Most of users will remeber their users on trusted computer which they don’t need logout.

If you want to logout, but keep wp2sv session, just not check remember when login, then you can close browser to logout. Use Logout link/button will destroy your session completely, there is no reason to keep wp2sv session in this case.

If I don’t logout I’m not closing the session. I think the option to remember computer is useful for not having to enter codes in the computer that is usually used and to protect from brute force attacks.

Having this option is a nonsense if it doesn’t work when closing session.

@pattuka If you don’t logout. Just check both remember option on enter code screen. It should works.
