Hello, I’m happy to find these promised LMS, it’s easy to use and looks great. I install it quick and set it up with the wizard. Great for the first experience. I tryed to add my first course and for a quick tiny moment show it up the coursebuilder, but than falls into 505 everytime.
I can not find a hint or log into the error.log and I saw it at the first time in my work life. I deactivate the plugin, deactivate all other too, change php from 7.4 to 8 without effects. I got 505. Have made browser checks with others but the same. My WordPress runs under NGINX and for testing is only Masteriyo active nothing else. This must be a bug. Can you help or has an idea for workaround?
    Thanks a lot.

    Hi @agenciesfirst,

Firstly, thanks for giving a try to our LMS.

Well, you can try deleting the plugin and reinstall it again, see if somehow resolves the issue.

After this if you are still facing the issue, when the issue happens please check your browser’s Console and also Network tab and send us the screenshot of the errors/message shown there. You can use Imgur to attach the image there and then add the link here.
Please check this diagnosis tutorial. With respect to which browser you are using you will fine instruction specific to each browser on how you can check the console error.

Marking as resolved. You can always open it or create new support thread if you need to.
