Try to reconnect but page is “Already connected”

    Hello ??
    I uninstalled the plugin 6 months ago because of compatibility issues with Woocomerce.
    I reinstalled it yesterday to test and see if the plugin has improved.

    When i try to re connect my shop to my buisiness manager, the wizard shows up and in my case, at “choosing a page to link” step my business page is blurred, when i hover it, it says “Page already linked”
    So i cant click “continue” and go further.
    So the wizard is blocked.

    Any advice on how to re-instal the plugin ?

    It sounds like the database might be retaining some of the old data. I would recommend following the steps outlined in this thread to remove any old data, then try the wizard again.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    I did install the small plugin.
    I did “Reset Facebook for WooCommerce settings”

    The probleme remains.
    At the wizard steps : I choose my business manager then when i choose the page to link.
    My page is blurred and it says : “Your page is already linked to a business manager and it can’t be linked to another businees manager”

    So it sounds like the settings have been reset on your site already, nice job!

    So, we need to see if we can find where the business account is tied to the Facebook page. If you browse to the facebook business page – https://www.facebook.com/business/products/pages/ – Is there a business manager account already specified?

    Yes there is my admin business manager where i advertise. The page i am trying to link with your plugin is in that business manager.

    In order for us to understand better, could you please try to reconnect and record your screen? You can use Loom.com or other free sceencast software to do that.
