Trying to Add .mp3 File to Website Generates a 404 Error
-
I am an administrator of my church’s website (saint-albans.org) and today, upon trying to upload an .mp3 file of last Sunday’s sermon to the site’s media library, I am directed to the URL saint-albans.org/wp-admin/media-new.php with the following error message:
Error 404
The page you are looking for does not exist. Please check the URL for errors or head back home (head back home is hyperlinked) and start over.
When I open the .mp3 file of the sermon on my computer, it plays just fine on iTunes. I’d welcome any help you may be able to provide. Thanks!
