Trying to Add Themes Error

  • Appearance>Themes>Add Themes
    Error message: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    I have no idea how to fix this. Read in one post to install Health Checker. Tried to do this, but the download doesn’t seem to have an install option. I find the folder but can’t install. So…what now?
