Trying to Build a SiteMap

    I am currently trying to build and submit a sitemap for my website.

    I am using the Google XML plugin that provides me with a XML sitemap that I should be able to upload to Google. I have the plugin generate an XML sitemap of my homepage and posts. And when I submit it to google, google is saying that I have duplicate links and different lines. When I go check the XML files I see no duplicate lines where google says there are.

    Is there something I am doing wrong, also how much can a trust Google XML plugin to submit the information for me? And I want to be able to view my progress in my web master tools.

    I should probably include that I am running a multistie and would like to make a sitemap of then entire site in one XML file
