    Hi @

Please follow these steps to disconnect and reconnect your account properly:

Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

However, if the problem remains, you might have to delete and recreate the feed and ensure that the store name matches exactly with the name used in your Google Merchant Center.

Let us know how it goes!

Thank you for replying. I do not have Merchant Centre/ MC Disconnect is not available. This is what I have: https://snipboard.io/vRJYp3.jpg

    and https://snipboard.io/9EXkZs.jpg

Should I remove Product Feed Pro to get the options you have suggested?

Edit/update: I have gone through all of those steps. I had to disable all Jetpack services to get that step done. Now I am waiting to see how the feed progresses before I re-add the Jetpack plug ins.

    Hi there @joweir ??

I’m glad to hear you were now able to complete the set up of Google Listings & Ads.

Edit/update: I have gone through all of those steps. I had to disable all Jetpack services to get that step done. Now I am waiting to see how the feed progresses before I re-add the Jetpack plug ins.

Just to note, in the latest screenshots you are sharing here with us, I noticed other feed plugins installed also. Having various plugins with overlapping functionality is not recommended, as it may have unwanted results.

I hope that helps. Let us know how it goes, please. Thank you.

I would appreciate advice on how best to push out my product feed to Google. I am using Product Feed Pro but am not sure it’s doing what it should. Should I remove that and use another method?

    Hi @joweir

Since we’re discussing Google Listings & Ads, which has its own support forum, it is preferable to seek assistance through their forum:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/google-listings-and-ads/

Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce is a third-party plugin that may be overlapping functionality with other feed plugins if active, as mentioned earlier. As a result, I’d recommend connecting with the plugin developer directly.

    Regards.
